In 4.616 a facility was added to display bitmaps held in .BMP files, by the slightly odd route of saying they came from the database. MAPEDIT allows the same technique to be used to display icons. However, this is not currently implemented in the terminal manager. Only icons in the application or DP4RES32.DLL can be displayed.
