LOAD - Delete facility added - E4000003 - 25 Jan 2000
The LOAD program now looks for the command tail -DELETE. If this is specified
existing data is deleted from tables that are updated prior to the updates
being posted. This has been done in response to a user request. It should be
noted that using LOAD -DELETE to replace the data in a table will be
considerably slower than using RECASTDB, because RECASTDB will not delete
records that are going to be added. Since LOAD does not read the new records
from a database it has no choice but to delete all the existing data first.
