Unix Linux/SQL Programs - E4000022 - 15 January 2001

The SQL programs for Unix have been unintentionally omitted from the DP4 CD ROM in the past. They will be included from release 4.522, and are available here now.

Three downloads are available:

• A Unixware 7 specific version
• A SuSe Linux version (which will also work on Red Hat)
• A generic Intel Unix version, for SCO Open Server 5 or AT&T Unix 5.4 etc.

The programs incorporate all the enhancements made to the Windows version of the SQL programs since release 4.519.

DP4 Version Compatibility

Beta software is supplied without warranty and should not be used in live sites without the agreement of Itim Technology Solutions. Compatibility with an eventual final release cannot be guaranteed.

Downloads

The downloads are zipped TAR files which should be unzipped and then transferred to Unix machines with ftp or a similar program
