26 Jun 2003 A new section on Error Handling in DP4 Programs has been added, and the app_error() function has been documented.

29 Nov 2002 A new introductory section has been added, and the Overview section has been almost completely rewritten and much expanded.
The Overview section replaces the information formerly held in the DP4 C Developers Guide. There have been many many corrections throughout the manual, though probably much more remains to be done.
