If 0, diagnostics are not displayed but are only written to a file.
If 1 diagnostics are displayed in a special errlog window on screen.
If you require this option you must enable the 'Allow service to interact with desktop' checkbox when using Windows NT or Windows 2000 (set in the startup properties for the DP4 service).
As of release 4.622 this setting only sets the initial state of the error log window. Provided the error log is loaded you can show it at any time by selecting the "View log file" option from the popup menu of the DP4 service icon in the taskbar notification area, and you can hide the error log window by closing it.
