If set to 1, the program is created with a minimised window. It is normally specified in named program sections only.
Windows cannot be minimised on Windows CE. Prior to 4.622 this option is not supported on Windows CE. From 4.622 if a program is run with this option set the program is initially started so that it is invisible but has an icon and a context menu in the taskbar notification area. The menu allows you either to convert the program to running in the foreground or to exit the program.
