first_day=n where n is a value between 0 and 6 sets the day of the week that is shown at the left of a DP4 calendar control (introduced into 4.623 versions of trmw32.dll and trmwce.dll built
on or after 7th November 2007). The default value of 1 shows Monday. 0 shows Sunday at the left, and 6 shows Saturday. Oher values are also permitted.
