If no_scroll_bars is 1, the terminal manager will not add scroll bars to the main window if a map is wholly or partially outside the visible area of the window. The user will not be able to access the map unless they can pick it up and drag it to a visible part of the window. I
If no_scroll_bars is 0, the terminal manager will add scroll bars to the main window if any part of a map is outside the visible area of the main window. The user can use the scroll bars to change that part of the window that is visible to bring the map into view.
This option is provided for DP4 users who want to prevent scroll bars appearing because just a small and possibly unimportant part of a amp is outside the window. It also prevents users from doing things like moving one map out to the right, scrolling the map back into view, and then moving the map again.
