Most batch programs such as MAPPOST, LIBMAKE display a message box and wait for it to be acknowledged on termination. To run these programs from a batch file you can turn off this message box by specifying pause=0 in the relevant program's section, or, from version 4.620,with -pause=0 on the command line for the program.
