use_workarea=0 or 1
use_work_area=1 can be used to set the default
window size for applications to match the size of a maximised
window (one that uses all space not reserved for windows such as
the taskbar).
use_workarea defaults to 1 on Windows CE and 0 on other windows platforms. Prior to release 4.620 use_workarea is ignored, and the behaviour matches the use_workarea=0 behaviour of 4.620.
