useframe=0 or 1
From 4.616 this option controls how the terminal manager creates the main window(s) for a DP4 application. When useframe=1 the main window frame is altered by addition of a client edge, which improves the appearance of help messages and menus.
The client edge is enabled if you have useframe=1 and disabled if you have useframe=0 or useframe=-1.
On Windows CE useframe is ignored and the system behaves as though it was set to useframe=-1
