Normally specified in [TRMW] only; processed when QAB programs are loaded or when a C application calls the trm_set_progname() function.
The DP4 device number which replaces the MS DOS device when spooling to the WINPRIN program. The DP4 device numbers are the numbers in the menu of devices offered when setting up device groups.
For example, 1 = PRN. Setting WINPRIN to 1 causes devices which print to PRN to print to WINPRIN instead. In 4.5xx you normally use WINPRIN by printing to the DATAFIT device. In 4.61x you normally use WINPRIN by printing to the WINPRIN device. From 4.616 you are recommended to use the DFPRINT program for printing, and to print to the DFPRINT device, when this value is not relevant.
