Certain versions of Windows erroneously suppress a leading blank immediately following a new line when the DrawText() function is used. Set wrapbug to 1 if your version of Windows has this bug and 0 otherwise.
The terminal manager defaults the value of wrapbug to 1 on Windows 3.1 and NT 3.5x and 0 to Windows 95 and NT 4.
We are not aware of any necessity to specify a value for this variable, but it could be necessary if you use a non-standard version of Windows.
