On the Database Creation/Changes menu, select option 3 - Table editing
Enter the table name or press <Ctrl+P> and select a table name from the list of existing tables
On the Database Table menu, select option 2 - Edit fields
DP4 displays the list of fields in the table. As no fields are set up yet, the option to Add new field is highlighted. Press <Enter> to add a new field. The Field details entry screen is displayed.

When you have finished entering the field details, the list of fields is redisplayed. To add another field, press the <↓> key and highlight the option to Add new field.
When you have entered all the fields in the table, press the <Esc> key, then <X>, to return to the database table selection.
When you have finished defining tables, press the <Esc> key. The Database Creation/Changes menu is redisplayed.
