Language information is edited using the DP4 MENUEDIT utility. To access this via the DP4 menu, select Configuration Utilities and then the User and Menu Management option, or for releases up to 4.620, select Other Facilities and then the Menu Facilities option.
Enter the name of any database on your system (the language information is automatically stored on the system database)
Press <Enter> to accept the default language number
On the Menu Utilities Main menu, select option 6 - Language table. The Language Maintenance dialog is displayed:
Press <Ctrl+P> to pop up a list of existing languages on the system database. Use the <Cursor> keys and <Enter> to select a language. The following dialog appears:
Select the Amend language option. This example shows the language maintenance dialog for French:

When you have completed the screen, select the OK button
Press <Esc> to return to the Menu Editing menu. Press <Esc> several times to return to the DP4 System menu
