Changing your Password

If a username is set up to use the DP4 System menu, you can add or change the password as follows:

1. Log onto the DP4 System menu with the username. If no password has been set up yet, press <Enter> on the password field

2. On the DP4 System Main menu, select Configuration Options

3. On the System and User Setup menu, select the Password option

4. Enter a new password as described in Changing a User Password. The Change password utility terminates and you are returned to the System and User Setup menu

5. Exit from DP4, log on to the DP4 System menu with the appropriate username and test whether the new password is accepted
