You can copy table structures from another database using the procedure described on this page. However, where you want the databases to have matching internal numbers you should follow the procedures descrined in Copying the Database Structure.
On the Database Structure Management menu, select the Create/modify database option.
Select the destination database.
On the Database Creation/Changes menu, select option 4 - Copy tables and enter the name of the source database.
If you select a database other than the database you selected in step 2, the Copy All/Selected Tables menu appears:

DP4 prevents an existing table with the same name from being overwritten. If the table name already exists, DP4 prompts you for a new table name.
DP4 displays the name of the fields in the table as it is copied.
You can repeat step 3 as often as required. When you have finished copying tables you can select Option 5 to perform the necessary Index Analysis. Press <Esc> several times to return to the DP4 System Main menu.
