Start up the Menu Editing utility and enter the name of the database containing the menu. The Menu Editing Main menu is displayed.
Select option 4 - Print menu. The Menu Printing dialog box is displayed. Its options are as follows:

Enable this option to extract the menus in a format that can be posted to another database. Disable it to extract the menus in a format that can be used for documentation. |
| Print help messages |
Enable this option to include any help messages you have added to the menu options. |
| Print user details |
Enable this option if you are printing the system menu, and you also wish to print out the user list. |
| Page cross reference list |
Enable this option if you are printing out the details of a menu with many pages and you want to know where each page is called. |
You are prompted to select the output destination. Include the name of the extract file.
The menus are extracted to the specified file in the Print files directory, and you are returned to the Menu Editing Main menu.
