The menu command options that you can provide as options in a menu are described in this table:

Terminates and re-starts the DP4 menu system. The log-on screen is displayed |

Prompts the user to log on without terminating and re-starting the system. The logon screen is displayed |

Turns off the status line |
| %PAGE |
Goes to the page specified in 'Return to page' field of the option. The option specified in the 'Return to option' field is highlighted. |

Lets the user change the password |
| %PREFERENCES |
Lets the user change the preferences |
| %STATUS |
Turns on the status line at the top of the menu that displays the database and user names, time, date and menu page while DP4 is running. (This is unrelated to the status line that appears near the bottom of the screen in DP4 editors, such as the Menu editor.) To turn on the status display permanently, use the user preferences option |

Exits DP4 and returns to the operating system (do not confuse this option with the command tail of the same name) |
