Installing the Example Database

Skip this section if the files SALESORD.DAT and SALESORD.IND are already in your DP4 database directory.

1. Make sure you have the Itim Technology Solutions disk labelled "Example Disk" which holds the SALESORD database

2. From the Run option of the Windows File menu, copy the SALESORD.ZIP file from the Example disk, for example: COPY A:\SALESORD\SALESORD.ZIP C:\DP4\DB

3. Unzip the SALESORD database, for example: PKUNZIP C:\DP4\DB\SALESORD.ZIP

4. Run a dummy backup and delete the roll-back log, for example:
   SETSESSN -DB SALESORD -DELETE

   When this operation is complete, return to the DP4 System Main menu
