Setting the Database Version Information

1. On the DP4 System Main menu, select Database Management

2. On the Database Structure Management menu, select the Create/modify database option

3. Enter the database name

4. On the Database Creation/changes menu, select option 7 - Version/Security. The Database version control and security levels dialog is displayed
   

   Fill out the version control options as follows:

   Option	Description
   Issue date	Enter the date to be recorded for issue of the database
   Issuer's Id	Enter up to 4 characters to identify the issuer
   Version number	Enter a version number between 0 and 30000 for this issue of the database
   Reset session ?	Answer 'Yes' to reset the database and transaction log session numbers to 0

   
   

5. Click the OK button to save and exit
