On the DP4 menu, select Configuration Utilities and then the User and Menu Management option, or for releases up to 4.620, select Other Facilities and then the Menu Facilities option.
Enter the name of any database on your system (the user information is automatically stored on the system database). The Menu Editing Main menu is displayed
Select option 5 - Users table. The User List menu is displayed
Select option 1 - Select user. The User Set Up dialog box is displayed:
Add a new user as described in Adding a New User or press <Ctrl+P> to pop up a list of existing users. When you have completed the changes, press <Esc> several times to return to the DP4 System menu
