Printing the Data Dictionary

The DP4 Data Dictionary Print utility (PRINTDB) allows you to print out selected details of database tables.

1. On the DP4 System Main menu, select the Database management option

2. Select the Print data dictionary option. Select a database

3. A popup menu appears from which you select the data dictionary information you require:

   
   Click on the appropriate areas of the illustration for further details of the options.

4. Select the combination of output devices to which you wish to print

5. Press <Enter>. DP4 prints out the Data dictionary information you requested

To cancel the printout before it is complete, press <Ctrl+S>, <Ctrl+C>
