On the DP4 System Main menu, select the Database management option. The Database Structure Management menu is displayed:
Select the Create/modify database option
Enter up to 8 characters for the database name, and answer 'Yes' to confirm that you want to create a new database
The Base Dictionary (BD) is copied to this name after the required number system is selected in the following section.
