To select the language for a single user.
On the DP4 System Main menu, select the Configuration Options. The System and User Setup Options menu is displayed
Select the Maintain user list option. The User Set Up dialog box is displayed.
Add a new user as described in Modifying the User List, or press <Ctrl+P> to pop up a list of existing users
For the language number, press <Ctrl+P> to pop up a list of languages on the database and select one
Fill in the remaining details as described in Setting Up a User
Check that the specified menu page has been added in the selected language. If it has not, the 'missing map' error message will be given when the user logs onto the menu system
Click the OK button to save the changes to the user setup, and press <Esc> several times to return the DP4 System menu
