When a user logs on to the DP4 menu system, the menu page selected for the user is displayed. If you do not set up a menu page as descibed in Using the Menu Editor, the default menu is the system menu, which gives the user access to the DP4 utilities.

Data entry and enquiry, data import and export, report setup and printing, menu setup, map editing and maintenance, help authoring and text file editing
Run a program as from the operating system command prompt
End your DP4 session and return to the operating system
Return to the operating system without logging out
