For an existing user, you distribute the application and any executable programs:
If you wish to update the list of users of a system, or the set of devices on the user's system, you have two options:
You can distribute your system database with the application database
You can export the information to an ASCII file with DFSETUP (printers), or MENUEDIT or MENUUSER (user information). This is then imported to the system database using the DP4 utility for posting maps (MAPPOST).
