The field editing screen looks like this:

The screen displays the fields in the procedure in numerical order. Use the cursor keys to highlight the field to be edited and then select the required option using the buttons at the bottom of the window. You may insert a new field at any position by highlighting the field currently at that position and pressing the <Insert> key. The field previously at that position and any subsequent fields move down one position. A New field option at the end allows for the addition of extra fields at the end of the sequence. You may delete any field by highlighting it and either pressing the <Delete> key or clicking on the Delete button at the bottom of the window.
When the field processing list is on the screen, the main map is also displayed in the bottom half of the screen. As you move the cursor through the list of fields, the corresponding map field is highlighted for identification purposes.
You may also display any formulas set up for the fields. If the "Formulas Shown" status message is visible (turned on and off with the View toggle), any formula for the currently highlighted field is displayed, overlaying the map.
