A utility to display or change HELP message status. You can run the utility interactively or specify one of these command tails (or both the last two).
When Author mode is ON the DP4 Author key (usually <Ctrl+O> and sometimes F9 also) will invoke the DP4 Help Message Editor, to allow you to set up context sensitive help for the current input field (edit box,button or checkbox).
When Author mode is OFF the DP4 Author key works the same as the regular Help Key (usually <Ctrl+J;> and either F1 (on Windows), or F10 (on other platforms)).
