SETSESSN

Performs a dummy backup by incrementing the session number without backing up the database. You can use DYNABACK to perform a dummy backup of a database while it is in use.

Perform a dummy DBCHECK

Delete the log file

−NODELETE

Do not delete the log file

−NOINCSEQ

Do not increment the database session number.

Do not increment the transaction log sequence number.

−SILENT

Suppresses all screen output
