To print a program, run REPSETUP and then open the Print menu. You can opt to print all programs or just a selection of them.
To print all the programs, select option 1 - Print all programs.
To print selected programs, select option 2 - Print selected programs. You are asked which program you wish to print. Press <Ctrl + P> to call up a list of available programs.
You are asked about the output device(s) you wish to use.
You can ask for the output to go to the screen, a printer or a file. If you choose to print the output, you need to specify in the Print device field the device whose characteristics you want to use for printing or formatting the print file. In the Output file field, you need to give the print file a name. Report Writer supplies the default file extension .PRN, but you can change this if you wish.

Use this option to specify whether you want to print the whole program or only a summary of it.
