From release 4.620, when an application is printing using the DFPRINT program the x_factor, y_factor, x_inch and y_inch settings are ignored. This is to avoid problems that otherwise occur during printing when an application must run on a variety of different screen resolutions. For printing these settings replace the settings used outside DFPRINT.
These are regular [trmw] section settings, and may be set in a [progname] section for applications that require special handling. Do not set them in a [DFPRINT] section
