User access to data can be set at three levels:
For individual fields on the Field Details screen, see Adding a Table Field
For individual tables on the Table details screen, see Adding a Database Table
For the entire database, within option 7 - Version/Security on the Database Creation/Changes menu. See Modifying the Database Version Information.
