The user list is a list of the names, passwords and preferences of the users who access the DP4 menu system. When you install a new DP4 system, there is a default user with the user name DP4 and a blank password. You use this username to access the DP4 System menu.
The DP4 user has the highest access levels with access to all the DP4 utilities through the DP4 system menu. To safeguard the security of your system, make sure you remove this username, or change its password before you distribute your DP4 application.
