On this part of the web site you can download files to enable specific enhancements to DP4, if you are using releases 4.520/616 to 4.523/4.619.
All Win32 enhancements posted on or after 11 April 2001 require the 4.619 version of usrlibt.dll to be installed to run. This new version is compatible with release 4.520 and onward. Click here for a download page (the new file is also included with E4000027/28).
